How do I book a free demo?

Do I have to confirm bookings made by my customers?
No. Bookings made by customers online are automatically confirmed and managed within AesthetiDocs once the deposit has been paid.
I am planning on taking a holiday. How do I mark this on my calendar?
If you need to block time off for a holiday, appointment or meeting you can reserve this time on your calendar just as you would book an appointment by adding UNAVAILABILITY. Blocking off time prevents patients booking appointments during this time.
I offer services that only certain staff members can offer, how can I set this up?
AesthetiDocs make this super simple. Simply add your services in the AesthetiDocs back end and add each service to the appropriate staff member to enable external bookings. This is simple to navigate and can be updated any time.
How do I enable online bookings?
Allowing clients to book online makes your life and your clients lives easier. Online bookings are enabled as standard across all AesthetiDocs plans and help you to eliminate the back

Can you teach me how to use AesthetiDocs?
Yes absolutely! We know it is essential that you and your team know how to use AesthetiDocs. That’s why we provide a 1-2-1 training call when you sign up with us, and if you need additional training that’s no problem – just get in touch and we can arrange additional training if required.
What happens if I need to add an additional staff member?
That’s amazing, we love to see AesthetiDocs clients growing!! AesthetiDocs has been designed to be simple and easy to use, just let us know when you have a new starter, and we can amend your plan if required and provide you with all the necessary information and training to ensure they feel comfortable and confident.
Can I use my AesthetiDocs software in multiple locations?
Yes. AesthetiDocs is perfect for clinics with one or multiple locations.
Can I add my own branding to the app?
Yes absolutely, we want your customers to get the same look and feel when they book online as they have when they are in your clinic, so we make sure you can add your branding to our app on setup.
Can I suggest new features?
